Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Contact Paddle Buyer Support (https://paddle.net) or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Include your purchase reference and the email address used for the purchase. Do not send card details. Paddle handles the payment and processes approved refunds.

Refund eligibility

Purchases follow the Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Paddle Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Outside mandatory rights, purchases are generally non-refundable. Paddle may consider a discretionary refund requested within 14 days of the transaction; approval is not guaranteed.

Consumer withdrawal and statutory rights

If you are a consumer, meaning an individual buying outside a profession or business, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Notify Paddle using Buyer Support or the control in your receipt. Signing in, running a lookup, starting a watch or accepting our Terms does not waive this right. Business buyers do not have this consumer cooling-off right.

If you requested paid access during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge may apply for the service provided before withdrawal. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a defective digital service.

Refund processing and access

Paddle normally returns an approved refund to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Access to the refunded paid plan ends when the purchase is undone. Public Lookup remains available.

Cancelling a subscription

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Use the Paddle portal linked from your account billing page or your receipt to cancel future renewals, and keep the confirmation and effective date. Cancellation does not itself request or guarantee a refund for an existing payment. Unsubscribing from watch emails does not cancel billing.
